The small community of Crystal Beach has a charm and feel unique to the tampa Bay area. The interior of this home had been modified throughout the years but the exterior was basically original.
The property was amazing! It has three trees on the property that are around 100 years old! It is such a beautiful spot and has so much potential.
This will be a tremendous creative challenge as a complete interior and exterior renovation is in order. Nothing original will be left behind except for the original address numbers above the garage as a fun reminder.
